Privacy
This is what this website collects, who handles it, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
What is collected
If you send a message through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and what you write. An automation service passes it on, and it reaches Delaney as an email so she can answer you.
If you buy photos: you pay on a page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and your email address; Delaney never sees your card number. The site has no accounts. Your order link is signed, and the order itself is looked up from Stripe when you open it.
If you book a game shoot: you pay on a Stripe page. Stripe collects your payment details and your email address, and asks for the school, sport, date and who to focus on. Delaney uses your email address and your answers to plan the shoot and send your photos.
If you sign up for game alerts: your email address and the sports you pick. Your address goes on the list only when you confirm, from the link in the email that asks you to. Resend, which sends that email, keeps its own record of sending it. Resend keeps the list and sends the alerts. Every alert has a link to change your sports or stop them all.
The site does not use advertising trackers. It sets two cookies and no others: one remembers the photos in your cart for up to 30 days, and a short-lived one lets you reach your download page straight after paying.
Who handles it
Stripe takes payments and keeps its own records under its own privacy policy. Resend sends the order email and carries contact messages, and it holds the game-alert list. Vercel hosts the site. Cloudflare stores the photos. A game shoot's photos reach you by a private link on this site, or by Google Drive.
Delaney does not sell your details.
Deleting your details
To ask what Delaney has about you, or to have it deleted, email delbrooke@icloud.com or use the contact form. She will reply and delete it, except what the law or Stripe requires her to keep for paid orders.
