Hi, I’m Delaney.

I’m a photographer based in the Flathead Valley of Montana, and photography is what I want to build my future around. I plan to study photography in college, keep growing my portfolio, and eventually work professionally in sports photography.

Sports are where I feel most at home with a camera. I love the energy of a game, the competition, and the big moments, but some of my favorite photos happen away from the biggest play. Someone cheering from the bench. A player getting ready before the game. The details people walk past without noticing. The reaction after a play is over.

I like finding those moments because I want people to look through a gallery and find something they’re excited to have. I pay attention to the whole game and the people around it, not only whoever happens to be in the middle of the action.

Outside of sports, I love photographing people and the parts of life they want to remember. Senior photos, families, weddings, portraits, and special events all give me a different reason to pick up my camera. I like photos that feel natural and still look like the person, family, or moment they came from.

I’m still growing as a photographer, and I want my work to keep growing with me. Right now, I get to photograph people and places around Montana while building toward a career I’ve already decided I want to pursue.
